ABOUT BRICKELL CITY CENTRE

Brickell City Centre is a landmark $1.05 billion USD, 5.4 million square feet, mixed-use development spanning 9.1 acres in downtown Miami’s Brickell neighborhood from Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers of real estate known for its $1 billion USD master-planned development of Brickell Key. The project’s first phase includes a 565,000 square feet luxury shopping center, two residential condominium towers containing 780 units, a 263 room hotel on top of 89 serviced apartments, a 130,000 square feet Class-A office tower, a 130,000 square feet wellness center, and 2600 above and below grade parking spaces. The project is LEED® – registered for Neighborhood Development – currently one of the largest in the US. Sustainability elements include the environmentally sophisticated and innovative $20 million CLIMATE RIBBON™ architectural feature, an elevated trellis composed of steel, fabric and a continuous surface of glass the will connect all components of the development and create a microclimate for shoppers throughout the retail corridor of the complex.
