About Porche Design Tower
The Porsche Design Tower is an innovative new development currently under construction and being brought to market by the partnership between developers Michael and Gil Dezer from Dezer Development (Developer of the famous Trump Towers, Trump Royal, Trump Grande and Trump International Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami) and The Porsche Design Group lifestyle and apparel brand from Germany, on an exclusive 200’ beachfront site in Sunny Isles Beach. The 60-story cylindrical shaped glass wrapped tower will be an engineering marvel and feature the world’s first high-rise robotic parking elevator system that will transport residents inside their vehicles to their own private sky garage directly integrated into their luxurious sky residence, providing an unsurpassed level of privacy like no other high-rise residence anywhere in the world. Only a wall of glass will separate the private sky garage from the sky residences main living area, displaying the unit owner’s fine automobiles like exceptional pieces of art from inside the residence. Sky garages will include 2 or 4 parking spaces, while additional parking will be available in the tower’s ground level parking garage as well as valet service to the resident’s sky garage or the ground floor garage. Passenger elevators will also open directly into the residences.
